Dear Mike,
We would just like to thank you again for taking time out of your busy
schedule, especially after having returned from a vacation with your family,
to meet with us - on multiple occasions - during our week-long trip to South
Bend. We sincerely appreciate your expertise, enthusiasm, and patience with us
as we learn how to communicate elements of the home that you have encouraged
us to envision. Thank you again, Mike, and we look forward to continued steps
in this process.
Best regards,
Amber & Bryan

Dear Jim:
I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were
with our Rosemark Home while in South Bend. In fact, our house was at the
center of our experiences in South Bend -- delightful and rewarding.
Although we were nascent home buyers, we quickly learned how fortunate we were
to have bought from Rosemark. Few other builders take the pride in their
homes. Our neighbors were amazed with your speedy, thorough and thoughtful
solutions to any concern we had about our house. All new houses have their
problems, but few new homeowners have the resourceful builders we did -- you
went above and beyond the call of duty.
Of course, as fate would have it, once our house
was better than perfect, my husband was transferred out of state.
Reluctantly, we had to sell our house (we really wanted to load it on the moving
van!!!), but the couple who bought the house are almost as enthusiastic about it
as we were.
I would gladly offer myself as a reference for
any prospective buyers, and again, thank you for everything.
Warm regards,
M. Beatrice Stanton
'Twas the night before Christmas,
And all through the site of our new house,
Forest creatures were stirring,
Deer, wild turkey and even a mouse.
The stockings were hung on the trees with care,
In hopes that a house would soon be there.
Keenen was snuggled up on the couch, and Gipper was snoring in our bed,
While visions of dog bones danced in their wee little heads.
With Pam recovering from bunion surgery, and me from a long season of racing,
Had just settled down for a long winter’s nap.
When out on Lot 21 there arose such a clatter,
We drove to The Sancutary to see what was the matter.
And what to our wondering eyes should appear,
But our builder Mike, and 8 subcontractors.
More rapid than eagles, they put up the frame,
And he whispered and shouted and called them by name.
On Bill, on Bruce, on Steve, on Fred,
On Jim, on Bob, on Dave, on Ted.
To the top of the roof, to the top of the wall,
We must make this the best house of all.
So up to the housetop the roofers they flew,
With a belt full of tools, and even a PR bar too.
And then in a twinkling they put down their pails,
We heard the hammering down of each tiny little nail.
Mike was dressed in flannel from his head to his foot,
His clothes were all tarnished with sawdust and soot.
We pulled up Dogwood Trail and were turning around,
When Mike fell through the roof, landing in the foyer with a
bound.
A book full of free upgrades and rebates he flung on his back,
And he looked like a little old peddler just opening his
pack.
His eyes how they twinkled so gay,
His dimples how merry were they.
The stump of a little old pencil he clenched tight in his teeth,
Along with his tape measure he marked off inches and feet.
Before he began working out he was a plump jolly old elf,
But after pumping iron and taking Creatine, he is now slim
and svelte.
He had a broad face and used to have a little round belly,
That shook when he laughed like a bowl full of jelly.
He gave us a wink of his eye, and a twist of his head,
With Mike in charge of building our house, we had nothing to
dread.
He said not a word, but went straight to his work,
After finishing the Great Room, he turned with a jerk.
And laying a finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose.
He sprang to his truck, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they drove out of The Sanctuary, like the down of a
thistle.
But we heard him exclaim before he drove out of sight,
I promised it completed in 100 days, but for you Pam and Rob, I
finished in one night!
Thanks for your patience, guidance and excellent work!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
